Camo Hunting Clothes

Hunting boots should be comfortable and warm, waterproof and breathable. It’s a tough combination to get right, but the LaCrosse 8" Silencer does it. The boot is tough and comfortable. When I hunt, I don’t do it without camo hunting clothes. Some people hunt in whatever they have in their closet and that’s probably fine for them. But if you watch any of the pros, you don’t see guys out in the woods in their jeans and t-shirts. You see hunters dressed to hide. Camouflage clothes of some kind have been used by hunters for thousands of years. The only difference today is that technology has allowed camo creators to make camo so real you can barely even tell there’s a hunter in the woods.

We’ve all seen the videos. Camo works. And serious hunters know it. We use our camouflage hunting clothes, whether it’s grass, timber, realtree, mossy oak, or even blaze, and we take down animals we would never have been able to get close enough to kill without them.

So you might be wondering what a site about camo hunting clothes is going to be about—what I’ll be able to say about the camo clothes, I mean, because I’m sure you know I’m going to be talking about camo clothes and how they relate to hunting—and why I even bothered to put up this site.

Frankly, it’s because I like camo a lot, and there’s a lot to say about it. Your camo is only as good as your care of it. If you don’t treat your camouflage clothing right then it’s not going to do you much good when you get it out in the woods (or wherever it is you’re hunting).

Camouflage hunting clothes are meant to keep you invisible from the game animals you’re tracking. You can’t stay invisible if your camo clothes are loaded with ultraviolet dyes from regular detergents, nor can you stay invisible or properly camouflaged if your camo is covered with human scents.

So, those are what I’ll be going on about on this site. Camo is versatile, durable, and cool to wear. Put on a camo t-shirt, some camo pants, and a good-fittin’ camo hat, and let’s go get some supper. Hell, go ahead and throw on those camo boots while you’re at it. Your momma wouldn’t want you to get to the table half-dressed. (Might want to take that cap off before you say Grace though.)
